The spokesperson for the main opposition party Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), Maryam Aurangzeb on Wednesday criticised the PTI government for its anti-people policies, saying that people do not have money to pay for medicine, wheat and sugar.

Talking to the media, she said that parents did not have money to pay the children’s school fees.

Marriyum said the PTI-led government made a spectacle of the country’s security. She said that poor people are unable to pay their rent, because of the ballooning inflation.

Taking a jibe at the PTI-led government, Marriyum said that because of these unscrupulous thieves, people from all walks of life are sobbing and groaning under the huge burden of inflation and price hike.

“This country cannot tolerate these thieves anymore, she claimed, adding that these incompetent leaders have to be sent back packing.

Marriam said that even those who voted for Imran Khan are now upset and cursing him. “It’s the time now for the masses to take out on the streets to help us ouster the PTI-led government,” she added.

Meanwhile, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has yet to formally announce its candidate for the by-election to Lahore’s NA-133 constituency, fell vacant due to its MNA’s death.
