THE Iranian Parliament echoed with gratitude towards Pakistan for standing with brotherly Iran against Israeli aggression—an honour for both nations.

Undoubtedly, Pakistan stands firm with Iran in every difficult time and on every front. Pakistan’s courageous stance in favour of Iran at the Security Council was acknowledged by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, who praised Pakistan’s role and voice against Zionist terrorism. Following the defeat of Modi’s Hindutva in the recent India-Pakistan war, Pakistan’s international standing has risen. Both brotherly Islamic nations are like one body and one soul, united on issues like Palestine and Kashmir. Iran extended full support to Pakistan during the 1965 war. This enduring spirit of brotherhood has shaped over seven decades of diplomatic, trade and public relations. The depth of ties is evident from history: in 1947, Iran was the first country to recognize Pakistan; in 1979, Pakistan became the first to recognize Iran’s revolutionary government under Ayatollah Khomeini. These pivotal moments laid the foundation for a strong, durable and indissoluble relationship that even adversaries have failed to break. The unwavering unity between Pakistan and Iran continues to resist aggression, reflect solidarity on global platforms and stand as a testament to shared values, trust and Islamic brotherhood.

After the attacks on Iran by the terrorist Zionist state, Pakistan’s significance in relation to South Asian and Middle Eastern affairs has increased even more. The United States is a supporter and ally of Israel and is well aware that Pakistan will not leave Iran alone at this time; hence, the importance of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir’s meeting with the U.S. President increases in this context. The Zionist terrorists are receiving support from the U.S., the UK, and several European countries. Additionally, American hypocrisy has been exposed, as according to Trump, more than 60 days have passed since the nuclear negotiations began without reaching any agreement. Meanwhile, while negotiations were ongoing, Israel launched its attack. In the first airstrike, Israel targeted Iranian senior military leadership, nuclear scientists, and nuclear facilities. The enemy’s primary goal was to demoralize the Iranian military through these attacks. However, in response to the aggression of the Zionist state, Iran has stepped forward with remarkable courage, emerging as a new geographical and ideological power.

Iran has clearly demonstrated to the entire world through its relentless attacks on Israel that the notion of the American protégé being invincible is nothing but a deception. The Israeli operation “Rising Line” is a calculated military plan aimed at plunging the region into a new quagmire of instability and paving the way for foreign intervention in Iran, which has been in planning for the past two years. This is not a military action but part of a political strategy to incite insurrection among the Iranian people. On the other hand, Iran’s operation ‘Promise of the Truth, Third’ against the Zionist attacks has left the enemy in shock. Israel, which once boasted of its power, now appears to be under pressure. The Iranian attacks have exposed the vulnerabilities of Israel’s Iron Dome. The destruction of Tel Aviv and other Israeli areas by Iranian ballistic missiles and drones represents a psychological and technical defeat for Israel. The shocks to the Israeli economy, declining foreign investments, and increasing military expenditure are serious challenges facing the Zionist government. Voices are also rising from within the United States against Israel.

The Israeli attacks are blatant violations of the UN Charter and a continued breach of international laws and human rights, fully backed by the United States—an embodiment of egotism, power arrogance, and hostility toward the Muslim world. Any Muslim nation that dares to adopt an independent policy, seeks to enhance its defensive capabilities, or aims to stabilize its economy outside the global financial system becomes a target—facing sanctions, isolation, or military aggression. Libya, Iraq, and Iran are clear examples. Pakistan’s nuclear program similarly remains a thorn in the eyes of global imperialists. Netanyahu’s Pharaoh-like statement that Pakistan should never have been allowed to acquire nuclear capability reflects the dangerous mindset of Zionist terrorists. Iran’s nuclear program has always been under strict international monitoring and declared peaceful, unlike Israel’s, which is nuclear-armed but refuses any inspections. On June 12, the IAEA reported that Iran was nearing a nuclear breakout. The very next day, June 13, Israel struck Iran, martyring six nuclear scientists, the Iranian Army Chief, the heads of the Revolutionary Guards and Aerospace. More scientists were martyred later. This brutal assault, coupled with direct American backing, exposes the full hypocrisy and sinister objectives of the usurping Zionist regime and its imperialist ally.

Trump’s threat of unconditional surrender to Iran raises a critical question: will the region be plunged into war? With a final decision expected within 15 days, Muslim nations must understand that Zionist attacks on Iran are a warning to the entire Islamic world—those seeking sovereignty and defense will face similar consequences. Tragically, the Muslim Ummah remains silent, offering only hollow statements while being trapped in internal divisions, political interests, and a desire to appease the West. If we do not support Iran today, tomorrow this fire will reach another Muslim nation, and our outcry will be too late. Despite having 57 states with resources, manpower, and population, we continue to bow to Western dominance. Unity is essential. A long-term strategy must be adopted to project a strong global narrative. Without cohesion, history will remember us for our decline, as it did with Andalia, the Ottoman Caliphate, Palestine, Iraq, and Syria—each falling to internal betrayal more than external aggression. The Iran-Israel conflict is a wake-up call. If we ignore it and remain divided, we will become mere spectators to our own destruction. The time to unite and act is now.
