Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) organized a Physical Khulli Kachehri session in Karachi, providing customers with an open forum to address their gas-related concerns. Led by Amin Rajput, Deputy Managing Director and CFO, along with other senior executives, the session aimed to swiftly resolve customer queries and issues. The event saw the participation of senior management officials from Distribution and Customer Services, ensuring a comprehensive response to customer inquiries.
Despite challenges in ensuring sustainable gas supplies, SSGC reiterated its commitment to addressing customer grievances promptly.
The session, part of the Ruburu initiative under the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit (PMDU), offered customers a transparent platform for real-time issue resolution. Customers were informed about the session through social media platforms and had the option to pre-register for the event.
