Detained senior leader of All Parties Hurriyet Con-ference (APHC), Shabbir Ahmad Shah has expressed serious concern over the deteriorating political and human rights situation in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
In a message from Tihar Jail, Shah said Kashmiris are suffering persecution at the hands of Narendra Modi-led Indian government for demanding their right to self-determination.
He said the Kashmiri Hurriyet leaders and activists are being put behind bars for their political beliefs, adding that top pro-freedom leaders have been im-plicated in false cases to discredit them.—KMS
