The Sindh Food Authority (SFA) has solidified partnerships by signing two Memorandum of Agreements (MoAs) with the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), University of Karachi.
The agreements, inked with Halal Certification Testing and Research Services (HCTRS) and the Industrial Analytical Center (IAC), aim to establish a robust collaboration framework between SFA and ICCBS for the enhanced testing of food products. SFA Director General Agha FakharHussain and Prof. Dr. FarzanaShaheen, Director of ICCBS, University of Karachi, formalized the agreements in a meeting held at the HEJ, Research Institute of Chemistry, University of Karachi.
The signing ceremony witnessed the presence of key officials from both entities including Prof. Dr. AsadSayyed, Dr. Naveed Bhutto, Dr. Seema, Danish Arshad, Prof. Dr. Abid Ali, Prof. Dr. Syed Ghulam Musharraf, Prof. Dr. ShabanaSimjee, Prof. Dr. AsmatSalim, Dr. Imran Malik, Dr. Ishtiaq Ahmad Khan, Dr. Shakil Ahmed, JawaidRiaz, and others. During the event, Director General Sindh Food Authority commended the collaborative efforts of the ICCBS administration, acknowledging their role.
