Sindh Food Authority (SFA) has ramped up its campaign against the sale of chemically adulterated milk, seizing and destroying 6,500 liters of contaminated milk in a joint operation in Guddu. The operation was led by Assistant Commissioner Kashmore, along with the police and the Deputy Director of the Sindh Food Authority. Acting on a tip-off about milk being transported from Punjab to Sindh, the team intercepted three container trucks at a checkpoint. Upon inspection, one of the containers was found to be carrying 6,500 liters of milk contaminated with boric acid, deemed harmful for human consumption after chemical analysis.

The tainted milk was destroyed at MuradWah, Kashmore. Two individuals, identified as driver Muhammad ShahJahan Khan and Muhammad Azhar, were taken into custody by the police. Deputy Director SFA stated that this operation is part of a larger province-wide campaign against the sale of chemically mixed milk, initiated under the directives of SFA Director General Agha FakharHussain.
