Plant 4 Pakistan a campaign to achieve the objectives of SarSabz o Shadab Pakistan, but more than campaign it is a spirit launched by station Headquarters Rawalpindi in Spring 2020.
The campaign is going by leaps successfully. In spring 2020, hundred thousand plants were planted in Rawalpindi Garrison.
In Monsoon, 65000 plants were planted and distributed to the cantonment residents and rural areas in the hamlets of Rawalpindi by Rawalpindi Cantt Board and Chaklala Cantt Board.
Besides enhancing outreach in 2021, youth of Rawalpindi Garrison, students of school and faculty members were incorporated and they have participated in the campaign with zeal and enthusiasm.
Particular to mention are Govt Girls High School Dhoke Kashmirian, Shimla Girls High School Rwp, Govt Girls Primary School and Boys High school Missa Kiswal, Tehsil Gujar Khan.
To encourage spirit of the youth and students, on the instructions of Chief Of Army Staff, they were specially invited to witness full dress rehearsal of Pakistan Day Parade held today on 19th March at Shakar Parian Parade venue.
Students expressed their gratitudes to Pakistan Armed forces who resides in their souls and hearts.
They thanked COAS Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa in providing them the opportunity which these boys and girls from far flung rural areas belonging to lower strata of society could only dream of.
