A delegation of food security from Oman met Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori at Governor House here on Monday. Consul General of Oman Eng. Sami Abdullah Khanjari and Vice Consul General were also present on this occasion, said a statement. In the meeting, mutual cooperation in the field of food security, Pakistan-Oman economic relations, investment opportunities in the province and other matters of mutual interest were discussed.
The Governor Sindh said that closer cooperation in the field of food security is in the interest of both countries. Pakistan always values its cordial relations with Oman, he said. He added that this is the right time for the business community of Pakistan and Oman to work together. He said that SIFC will prove to be more supportive and helpful for investors.
The Omani Consul General said that Oman attaches great importance to its relations with Pakistan. The Sindh Governor also presented the Sindhi cap, shield and Ajarak to the distinguished guests.
