Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori on Friday met with a six-member business delegation from Oman, led by Consul General Engineer Sami Abdullah Al-Khanjari. Among the attendees was the prominent Omani businessman, Abdul Razak Hariyani, who joined the high-level conversation focused on the future of investment in Sindh.
As the delegation delved into discussions, they revealed their keen interest in various sectors within the province, painting a vivid picture of a promising investment landscape. Governor Tessori seized the moment, highlighting the province’s numerous attractions for investors, saying: “Many sectors in the province are highly attractive for investment.”
The governor’s words were echoed by his emphasis on the province’s greatest asset – its workforce. He pointed out that Sindh boasts a highly educated, experienced, and youthful demographic, which is poised to play a pivotal role in driving growth and progress. “The experienced and hard-working youth will prove to be crucial for investment,” he added.
To facilitate and support these endeavors, Governor Tessori assured the delegation that the Sindh Industrial Facilitation Centre (SIFC) would provide all possible assistance and convenience to investors. This, he hoped, would enable a swift and seamless investment process. Consul General Al-Khanjari, representing the Omani business community, shared a similar sentiment, expressing their strong interest in various sectors of Sindh, including opportunities for partnerships, ventures, and investments.
As the province continues to open up to the world, Sindh appears poised to become a magnet for businesses seeking new frontiers and opportunities for growth.
