The newly-posted Deputy Commissioner Lahore, Omar Sher Chattha on Saturday said that after 30th of August, citizens having no Corona certificate should be given petrol.
An important joint meeting of district administration officers and petrol pump owners in this connection was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Omar Sher Chatha.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Headquarters Jawariya Maqbool, Assistant Commissioners Zeeshan Nasrullah Ranjha, Syeda Tahneet Bukhari, Fayyaz Ahmed, Adnan Rasheed, Ibrahim Arbab and petrol pump owners attended the important meeting held at DC Office. DO Civil Defense Irfan Ali, DO Industries Azhar Gujjar also attended the meeting.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Headquarters Jawariya Maqbool gave a briefing on the license holders of petrol pumps.
The meeting decided to take stern action against the illegal sellers of petrol while DC Lahore Omar Sher Chatha directed the petrol pump owners to provide petrol to only those consumers who possess the Corona vaccination certificate.
DC Omar Sher Chatha said that after 30th of August, citizens who do not have a Corona certificate should not be given petrol.
