An Indian court rejected bail of two Kashmiri youth, detained in a fake case under draconian law, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the bail applications of Mudasir Ahmad and Abdul Qyoom were rejected by Additional Sessions Judge Special Designated (NIA) Court, Bandipora on flimsy grounds.
The detained youth are accused of being overground workers, an allegation especially devised by the Modi regime after August 2019 to subject the Kashmiri population to collective punishment.
Interestingly, the Kashmiri people are labeled militants or overground workers for possessing anything at home for self-defense, and are arrested under black laws by the occupation regime. The same case was framed against these two youth.—KMS
