The Department of Environment has repaired jogging tracks in various parks of Islamabad on the special instructions of the Capital Development Authority administration in the Federal Capital to provide healthy facilities to the citizens and has accelerated the construction of new jogging tracks
In addition, the CDA has completed a jogging track along with a cycling track at Kachnar Park in Sector I-8, as well as completed both jogging tracks in I-8/1 including I-9/4, I-10/2, I-10/3 Chambali Park jogging track is under the Rehabilitation work and will be completed soon
Moreover, the completion of new jogging tracks in three parks of Sector D-12/1 and D-12/3 in is in full swing.
It should be noted that more than 80% rehabilitation and renovation work of jogging tracks has been completed in 60 parks of Islamabad, while more than 70% work has been completed in 18 parks
In addition, maintenance and repair work of jogging tracks along with cycling tracks in Sector I-8, F-6, F-7, F-11, I-10 and H-8-2 of Islamabad will be completed soon.
