In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Hurriyat leader, Javaid Ahmed Mir, has condemned the continued human rights violations by Indian troops.
Javaid Ahmed Mir addressing a condolence meeting at Soura in Srinagar paid rich tributes to the recently martyred youth and reiterated the Kashmiris’ pledge to continue liberation struggle till complete success.
He said that Kashmir dispute had been pending with the United Nations for the last over seven decades and its amicable settlement was imperative for ensuring permanent peace in the south Asian region.
Javaid Mir urged the international community including the world peace forums to come forward and play role in the settlement of the lingering Kashmir dispute according to the UN resolutions and aspirations of the Kashmiri people.—KMS
