Indian ED files chargesheet against Shabbir Shah’s wife

India’s Enforcement Directorate has implicated Dr Bilquis Shah, the wife of illegally detained senior APHC leader, Shabbir Ahmed Shah, in a false case registered against her husband in 2005.
The ED named Dr Bilquis as an accused in its supplementary chargesheet filed in the case on Wednesday.
Additional Sessions Judge Dharmender Rana will take up the matter on November 10. The ED had earlier filed chargesheet against Shabbir Shah and another Kashmiri, Aslam Wani.—KMS
