Independence Kashmir Rally to be held tomorrow at Sea View

The World Kashmir Forum’s will stage ‘Independence Kashmir Grand Rally’ against the lockdown enforced by Indian forces in occupied Kashmir on August 5 at 3pm on Sea View. The rally will start at McDonald’s and end at Nishan-e-Pakistan. A consultative meeting in this connection was held at the residence of Chairman World Kashmir Forum Haji Rafiq Pardesi. Speaking at the consultative meeting, Pardesi said that the Indian occupation forces had taken away the right of Kashmiris to live by imposing a complete lockdown in occupied Kashmir on a year ago on August 5. To mark this day as Black Day, the World Kashmir Forum will hold ‘Independence Kashmir Grand Rally’ on Wednesday. The WKF chief appealed to the people from all walks of life, especially the business community, and the general public to make the rally a success by fully participating in it. It was informed in the meeting that a delegation of organizers, led by Haji Rafiq Pardesi, along with Kashmir Float will visit Mazar-e-Quaid on Tuesday, August 4 at 3 pm. Haji Rafiq Pardesi will also give the foreign media a briefing after laying a floral wreath at the grave of Quaid-e-Azam. After the briefing, the delegation will visit the commercial centers of the city and invite traders to participate in the rally. The consultation meeting was attended by World Kashmir Forum’s Finance Secretary Muhammad Rafiq Suleman, Joint Secretary Sheikh Rashid Alam, Media Coordinator Akhtar Shaheen Rind, Abdul Jabbar Rathore, Maqsood Memon Motiwala, Ayaz Bandokda, Chairman All City TajirIttehad, Sharjeel Goplani, Imran Tayyab, Faisal Mayari. Wasim Sharif, ArifBarkati, Ahmad Shamsi, Kashmiri leader Sardar Maqbool Zaman, who is also former coordinator of the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Vice Chairman National Peace Committee for Interfaith Harmony Aleem Nawab Khan, among others.
