PDM chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has claimed that PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s march to Islamabad was an attempt to blackmail the military and political leadership of the country.
“He is blackmailing them only for the appointment of an army chief of his choice,” the JUI-F leader said in a press conference in Sukkur today.
He said that the PTI “has a record of destroying the peace in Islamabad”, adding that the “root of all the evil in the country is this one party”. The JUI-F chief went on to say that the appointment of new army chief is a normal process.
