Pak Sarzameen Party Chairman Mustafa Kamal on Saturday said that destruction of Karachi is destruction of Pakistan. The accurate population of Karachi is no less than 30.5 million, but the monetary resources for education, medicine, treatment and infrastructure expenditures are calculated with proportion to the population of 10.5 million. The rulers are making tomorrow’s terrorists today by deepening the pre-existing sense of deprivation.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) has stabbed Karachi in the back by taking votes from Karachi. It is a constitutional requirement that a 5% audit of the census be conducted by Prime Minister Imran Khan as after the 18th amendment, the province has nothing to do with it, but the full authority is with the federation.

5 percent audir of census is the constitutional requirement which has to be exercised by non other than the Prime Minister.  The PTI government is not ready to displease PPP at the cost of the karachi, which voted for PTI, the economic lifeline of Pakistan. Imran khan is cognizant that if the PPP resigns from the parliament, his PTI government will fall in no time.He expressed these views while addressing media outside the NAB court. Secretary General Hassan Sabir and Vice Chairman Dr. Arshad Vehra were also present on the occasion.

If the MQM would had came out of the government on the issue of census, the government made up of a few seats could’ve never oppress the people of Karachi but ironically MQM’s priorities are 2 ministries.

Kamal further said that we have been robbed by the watchmen and not by the thieves. Lashing out at MQM, Kamal sait those who campaigned for 7 million missing people of Karachi in last general elections, have betrayed Karachiites by letting the controversial census approved by the Federal cabinet, and now when the election time is fast approaching, they are trying to cash the Muhajir sentiments.
