FIFA has unveiled the official draw for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, placing the expanded lineup of 48 teams into 12 groups.
The tournament will be hosted across the United States, Canada and Mexico next year.
According to details, Group A features co-host Mexico, alongside South Africa, South Korea, and a team to be decided through Playoff D.
In Group B, co-host Canada will compete with Qatar, Switzerland, and the winner of the UEFA Playoff A, either Wales or Northern Ireland.
Group C consists of Brazil, Morocco, Scotland and Haiti, while Group D includes co-host United States, Australia, Paraguay, and the qualifier from UEFA Playoff C.
In Group E, Germany, Ecuador, Ivory Coast and Curaçao have been grouped together. Group F brings together the Netherlands, Japan, Tunisia, and the winner of UEFA Playoff B.
Group G includes Belgium, Iran, Egypt and New Zealand, whereas Group H features Spain, Saudi Arabia, Uruguay and Cape Verde.
In Group I, France, Senegal, Norway, and the team emerging from FIFA Playoff 2 will compete. Group J places defending champions Argentina with Austria, Algeria and Jordan.
Group K contains Portugal, Uzbekistan, Colombia, and the qualifier from FIFA Playoff 1, while Group L includes England, Croatia, Panama and Ghana.
The draw ceremony took place in the United States and was attended by several dignitaries, including US President Donald Trump.
