Fesco gears up for annual maintenance program

On special directives of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) Engr.

Bashir Ahmed, all five circles of Fesco region have started Annual Maintenance Program of the HT/LT lines to ensure uninterrupted power supply to its consumers.

In a letter issued by Fesco Chief Engineer (Operations) Ghulam Farooq, operation staff has directed to carry out comprehensive patrolling of all 11KV feeders till September 20 and inform about the nature and location of discrepancies along with requirement of material for rectification of the discrepancy.

Fesco CEO Engr. Bashir Ahmed would personally monitor the performance of the patrolling on weekly basis while location wise (before & after) snaps of discrepancies would be prepared in the shape of booklets for submission of progress to the Board of Directors (BODs).

According to a FESCO spokesman, this step would not only be helpful to ensure interrupted power supply but also a source for provision of excellent services to Fesco consumers.
