In a continued effort to collect taxes from defaulting vehicle owners, the Sindh Excise and Taxation Department conducted a road checking campaign, inspecting a total of 9,429 vehicles across various cities. The campaign, led by Director General Aurangzeb Panhoor, resulted in the recovery of over Rs. 90 million in taxes by the third day. The initiative aims to ensure compliance with tax regulations and will persist until March 7. Owners of tax defaulting vehicles are urged to settle their dues promptly to avoid any penalties.
