E-office training held at USC head office

In line with the Prime Minister’s instructions, e-Office training has been officially commenced on Tuesday at USC Head Office, conducted by Saif-Ur-Rehman Director (Implementation E- Office) from NITB. This training session, which focused on improving operational efficiency, was conducted successfully.

It was attended by all General Managers (GMs) and Head of Departments of the Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. on the direction of Managing Director of USC.

The training aimed to equip the participants with essential skills and knowledge to enhance management and operational practices. Key topics covered included streamlined processes, better coordination, and effective decision-making strategies.

This initiative, aimed at digitalizing and smoothing all process flows within the corporation, is expected to foster growth and ensure better service delivery.

The training also provided a platform for participants to share insights and best practices.
