Dissolving PMDC unconstitutional

Spokesperson of Sindh Government and Adviser to Chief Minister Sindh on Law, Environment and Coastal Development Barrister Murtaza Wahab has strongly condemned the Federal Government’s unconstitutional steps, saying in his statement issued on wednesday.
Barrister Murtaza Wahab said that Pakistan Medical and Dental Council was dissolved without provincial consultation, which is a totally wrong and this is totally unconstitutional step by the Federal Government which cannot be tolerated by the Sindh Government.
He further said that the issuance of the ordinance to dissolve the Medical & Dental Council is totally amusing step with the masses of Pakistan as well as Sindh province.
