Diplomats from Qatar, Oman and Japan have said that the development of real estate industry in Pakistan is a welcome move and there are good opportunities for foreign investment in this industry. “Hopefully the HMR Waterfront will be a world-class project.”
They were speaking to the media during a fellowship dinner held at the site of HMR Group’s soon-to-be-launched Waterfront project near Sea View. The event was hosted by Chairman HMR Group Haji Muhammad Rafiq Perdesi, Executive Director Hasnain Perdesi and Project Director Hassan Perdesi, who warmly welcomed the guests.
The foreign guests included Consul General of Qatar Mashaal Al-Ansari, Deputy Consul General of Japan Kitsonori Ashida and First Secretary General of the Consulate General of Oman Hammoud Nasir Solim Al-Nehdi. Besides Mirza Ikhtiar Baig, Raja Mazhar Hussain, Imran Amanullah, Sameer Mir Sheikh, Jahanzeb Khan, Asif Sumsum, Zeeshan Altaf Lohiya, Nadeem Moazji, Murad Soni, Ghulam Hashim Noorani, Sheikh Rashid Alam, Siraj Nagria, Umair Perdesi, Azir Perdesi, Shahid Rasool, Mustafa Dedhi, Bilal Niazi, Arsalan Qadri, Mohammad Shahid Qureshi, Mohammad Ali Fecto, Shahid Sabir, Faran Omar, Commander Retired Akbar Naqi, Shoaib Khan, Naureen Khan, Aman Pir, Artist Ayesha Omar, Aslam Khaliq, Dr. Khalid Sheikh, Farooq Awan, Event Manager Muhammad Yaseen and others also graced the occasion with their presence.
Addressing the gathering, Chairman HMR Group Haji Muhammad Rafique Perdesi said that the Waterfront project would be a beautiful addition to the landscape of Karachi. This will not only develop the real estate sector but also provide people with world-class business and housing facilities.
