The occupied Jammu and Kashmir chapter of Indian National Congress has said that it will continue its fight against undermining of democratic institutions and betraying people on so-called development and prosperity, which is being sold brazenly for political gains on the part of Bharatiya Janata Party.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the President of occupied Jammu and Kashmir chapter of Indian National Congress, Vikar Rasool Wani addressing a party workers’ meeting from Kulgam district said the claims regarding so-called development and prosperity in occupied Jammu and Kashmir is contrary to the ground situation as the matter of fact is the BJP has pushed the territory towards darkness on every count.
He said abandoning people of democratic rights tantamount to making them unpresented, and defenseless constitutionally.—KMS
