BOI develops Pakistan, China B2B Investment Portal

Secretary Board of Investment has said that, “Con-sidering the unique opportunity for Pakistan to relo-cate Chinese mufacturing base, BOI has devel-oped a dedicated Pakistan China Business to Busi-ness (B2B) Investment Portal in collaboration with the China Council for International Investment Promotion (CCIIP), for both Pakistan and Chinese companies, which will enable matchmaking of pro-spective businesses from both countries interested in investing in Pakistan to enter into joint ventures.”

She expressed these views while addressing a Con-sultative Webinar on Strategy to attract FDI from China, organized by Project Management Unit (PMU), BOI here at a BOI on Wednesday.

The Webinar was attended by Mr. Khashih ur Reh-man, Additional Secretary BOI, Mr. Asim Ayub, Project Director CPEC Industrial Cooperation of BOI, representatives from the Prime Minister’s Office, Pakistan, Ministry of Planning Development & Special Initiatives, Chinese Embassy in Pakistan, National Development & Reforms Commission (NDRC) China.
