In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) has condemned the fresh cycle of state terrorism initiated by the Modi-led fascist Indian regime against the Kashmiri student fraternity and youth in the territory and in India, on the pretext of celebrating Pakistan’s victory in the T20 World Cup match in Dubai.
The APHC spokesman in statement issued in Srinagar regretted the uncivilized and conservative behavior of India which cannot be imagined in the modern world.
He condemned the beating of three Kashmiri students by the lawyers and the judiciary staff within the premises of a court in Agra in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.
He lashed out at the Indian fascist regime for using its judiciary to punish the youth hailing from IIOJK over the baseless allegations leveled against them.
He termed the court order as an act of political vendetta wherein innocent youth have been served over ten years imprisonment, who have spent decades together in the hell-like jails of India for the crimes which they have never committed.
The APHC spokesman, while paying rich tributes to yet another civilian martyred at Baramulla in a fake encounter carried out by the Indian forces, said that the freedom-loving people of Kashmir were very keenly observing the Indian brutalities and genocide, especially the killing, arresting and torturing of the highly qualified cream of the territory and the common people.
Their level of alienation against Indian forcible occupation has touched the height which is beyond Indian imagination, he added.
The spokesman urged the United Nations to take cognizance of the widespread killings, random arrests, use of draconian laws with impunity and human rights abuses perpetrated by the Modi-led Indian fascist regime in the occupied territory.
He called for resolving the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the UN resolutions for the best interests of world peace and prosperity and demanded an immediate halt to the unabated genocide and human rights abuses in IIOJK at the hands of Indian brute military forces.—KMS
