Administrator Karachi Dr. Syed Saifur Rahman made a detailed visit to different areas of the city and inspected the ongoing works here on Monday.
According to details, AD Karachi visited Teen Hatti, Liaquatabad, Federal B Area, Sohrab Goth and Sarjani Town and given orders for immediate repair of potholes and footpaths in the roads. Green belt should be cleaned and pleasant plants should be planted.
On the occasion AD Karachi said that district central is a big district of Karachi. The speed of work should be accelerated so that the condition of the city can be improved as soon as possible. All steps will be taken on emergency basis to provide relief to the citizens.
He directed that Encroachments under bridges and flyovers should be eliminated, Encroachments should be removed from the sides of the roads and from the green belt as well. Campaign against encroachment should be conducted on an emergency basis in the entire city. All the work should be continued day and night so that results can be obtained soon.
