Aamir Ibrahim, CEO of JazzWorld, said, “When we introduced JazzWorld as a digital services platform, we wanted it to reflect how people were already using our services. Today, digital services account for 40% of our revenue. A shopkeeper accepting a payment through JazzCash and a family watching cricket on Tamasha both depend on a reliable connection. That is why investment in our network remains central to our growth. Looking ahead, one of the most promising uses of AI is giving people the ability to ask for help in their own language. For someone using a digital service for the first time, that can make all the difference. It is one practical way we can help close the intelligence divide in Pakistan.”
