According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), a low-pressure area is located over the southwest of Rajasthan and adjoining areas. Due to this LPA, monsoon currents are continuously penetrating southern and central parts of Pakistan.
Weather Forecast
Under these conditions, rains are likely in Dir, Chitral, Swat, Kohistan, Shangla, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Buner, Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber, Peshawar, Nowshera, Kohat, Kurram, Hangu, Karak and Waziristan on Friday night.
On Saturday, rains are expected in Karak, Kohat, Lakki Marwat, Bannu, Waziristan, Hangu, Kurram, Orakzai, Tank and Dera Ismail Khan. Rains are also likely at isolated places in Dir, Chitral, Swat, Kohistan, Shangla, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Swabi and Peshawar during evening/night.
Temperatures Forecast
Daytime temperatures in Peshawar are expected to remain between 33°C and 35°C on Saturday and Sunday.
