Isolated heavy rains are also expected in Southern Punjab during the forecast period.

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), a low-pressure area is located over the southwest of Rajasthan and adjoining areas. Due to this LPA, monsoon currents are continuously penetrating southern and central parts of Pakistan.

Under these conditions, rains and gusty winds are likely in Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Wazirabad, Lahore, Nankana Sahib, Kasur, Okara, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Narowal, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Dera Ghazi Khan, Taunsa, Multan, Khanewal, Lodhran, Muzaffargarh, Kot Addu, Rahim Yar Khan and Rajanpur on Friday night.
Isolated heavy falls are also expected during the period. Rains are also likely at isolated places in Rawalpindi, Murree, Galyat, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Mandi Bahauddin, Gujrat, Faisalabad, Khushab, Sargodha, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Chiniot, Noorpur Thal, Bhakkar, Mianwali and Layyah.
On Saturday and Sunday, more rains and gusty winds are expected in Lahore, Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, Okara, Pakpattan, Kasur, Sialkot, Narowal, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Rajanpur, Multan, Khanewal, Vehari, Dera Ghazi Khan, Lodhran, Muzaffargarh, Kot Addu, and Rahim Yar Khan.

Impacts
Widespread rains could cause flash floods in hill torrents of Dera Ghazi Khan. Heavy rainfall may trigger urban flooding in Gujranwala, Lahore, Sialkot, Gujrat, Sahiwal, Narowal, Khanewal, and Multan.
Strong winds and lightning may damage vulnerable structures such as solar panels, electric poles, and billboards.

Daytime temperatures in Lahore are expected to remain between 32°C and 34°C on Saturday and Sunday.
