ISLAMABAD – A minor traffic collision in Karachi’s DHA quickly spiralled into a shocking road rage attack when an aged man assaulted a bike rider, but the suspect was captured on camera, and the clip went viral online, prompting his arrest.
The incident unfolded on the streets of Karachi’s Defence Housing Authority (DHA) and took a dramatic turn, with police arresting a suspect accused of attacking a food delivery rider with a hockey stick and attempting to flee before his capture.
The suspect was held during a targeted raid in DHA’s Badar Commercial area, where officers also seized a car allegedly used in the incident. Investigators said the accused was preparing to leave for another city when law enforcement moved in.

The clips show a collision between the suspect’s car and the rider’s motorcycle. Instead of ending with a routine exchange, the situation quickly escalated. The driver stepped out of his vehicle, armed himself with a hockey stick, and repeatedly smashed the delivery rider’s motorcycle, leaving it badly damaged.
The suspect can be seen chasing the rider through the area while carrying the hockey stick and allegedly threatened him, turning a minor traffic dispute into a frightening public confrontation.
The delivery rider later approached police and sought legal action, leading to the registration of a case. Authorities confirmed that the suspect is now in custody, while investigators continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the attack.
