MUMBAI – Renowned Bollywood actor Vikrant Massey, who played the lead role in the popular film “Barahween Fail”, has announced his break from acting.
The 37-year-old actor surprised fans with an unexpected announcement on Instagram, sharing a heartfelt post.
In his note, Vikrant wrote, “I will meet my fans for the last time in 2025. The past few years have undoubtedly been extraordinary, and I am deeply grateful for the immense love and support from all of you.”
He further explained, “As I move forward in life, I realize that it’s time to fulfill some responsibilities as a husband, father and son that I could not address earlier.”
Expressing gratitude to his fans, Vikrant added, “Therefore, in 2025, we will meet for the last time until the right moment comes. Thank you once again for the last two films and the memories of many years—I will forever remain indebted to you.”
The Indian media reported that Vikrant Massey is currently working on two films, “Yaar Jigr” and “Aankh Ki Gustakhiyan”, both scheduled for release next year.
