IPOF delegation calls on Deputy PM

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar has noted with satisfaction that Pakistan under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has regained its former glory and is no longer facing crises such as economic challenges, energy crisis, inflation and international solitude.

The Deputy PM expressed these views during a meeting with a delegation of the Stability Pakistan Overseas Forum (IPOF) from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Spain led by Founder and President ShahzadaUsmanTahir and Chairman Saeed Sheikh.

The Deputy PM welcomed the delegation and briefed them about various reforms introduced by the current government to provide relief to the masses and put the country back in the right direction.
For its unique geo-strategic location, Pakistan is today enjoying recognition by the world and with the support of its allies and friends has overcome the looming economic and energy challenges, he said.
One clear example of Pakistan’s proactive foreign policy is that last month in October heads of the governments of the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) were in Islamabad for the historic summit. It is aa great honor for the country, said Dar.
