ISLAMABAD – Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Friday amid rising international prices, a day after it registered slight losses.
According to Sarafa Association, per tola gold price surged by Rs300 to reach Rs257,700, whereas, the price of 10-gram surged by Rs256 to close at Rs220,936.
The yellow metal also registered upward trend in the international market where per ounce price by $7 to settle at $2,461 per ounce.

Meanwhile, silver prices in Pakistan remained unchanged at Rs2,850 per tola and Rs2,443.41 per 10-graim.
A day earlier, gold prices in Pakistan plunged in line with downward trend in the international market.
According to Sarfa Association, per tola gold price dropped by Rs300 to settle at Rs257,400, whereas, the price of 10-gram decreased by Rs256 to reach Rs220,680.
