Pakistan records remittances inflow of $3 billion in July 2024

KARACHI – Pakistan recorded workers’ remittances inflow of $3.0 billion during July 2024.

As per the data released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) on Friday, worker’s remittances increased by 47.6 per cent during July 2024 on year on year basis.

Remittances inflows during July 2024 were mainly sourced from Saudi Arabia ($761.1 million), United Arab Emirates ($611.1 million), United Kingdom ($443.5 million) and United States of America ($300.1 million).
