The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has launched a rigorous crackdown on illegal constructions across Karachi, resulting in the demolition of multiple buildings, including wedding halls. Despite facing gunfire during operations in District Central Karachi, SBCA personnel continued their mission and demolished a targeted building’s fourth floor. Director General Abdul Rasheed Solangi has directed law enforcement to apprehend the culprits responsible for the gunfire. Minister for Local Government Saeed Ghani has mandated ongoing operations against illegal constructions, with Abdul Rasheed Solangi supervising personally.
