KARACHI – Gold prices witnessed a slight decline in local market of Pakistan in line with international trend on Saturday.
According to Sarafa market, the per tola price of gold dropped by Rs300 to settle at Rs213,900 while 10-gram gold price declined by Rs257 to close at Rs183,385.
In international market, the price of the yellow metal decreased by $2 to settle at $2,038 per ounce.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged as Rs2,600 per tola and Rs2,229.08 in Pakistan.
A day earlier, the per tola price of 24 karat gold increased by Rs400 and was sold at Rs.214,200 on Friday in the local market.
The price of 10 grams of 24 karat also increased by Rs342 to Rs183,642.
