Lahore High Court has sought a response from the Punjab government on a petition against the strike by young doctors in government hospitals.
Justice Ali Baqir Najfi of Lahore High Court heard the petition filed by Muhammad Zeshan against the strike of young doctors in government hospitals.
The petitioner argued that the continuous strike is causing difficulties for patients and their families; therefore, the court should issue orders to end the strike by young doctors.
The court has issued notices to the Punjab government and other parties, demanding a response and also instructing the Medical Superintendents of the concerned hospitals to submit a report.
Lahore High Court has adjourned the hearing on the petition against the strike by young doctors in government hospitals until December 18.
