Modi’s belligerent rhetoric!

Recently; terrorist-Modi, while addressing military personnel said – Indian armed forces will not take more than 7-10 days to make Pakistan bite the dust. This is crystal clear that Modi & Co are distressed due to internal situation. So, Hindutva is attempting to divert attention from growing criticism on Indian fascism. On the other side, present leadership of India (fully) judged the people’s resolve and defence forces of Pakistan due to – defeat at Balakot; 65’s tanks-war which is shaking them like earthquake!!
India is known, by the world, as fascist and violent state. The way Indian forces are killing Kashmiris where curfew is going on for more than 190-day; killed 17,000+ Sikh freedom fighter during Golden Temple fight; 2000+ Muslim in Gujarat; and demolishing of Babri Mosque (…) are a few examples of fascism! Even than; UNSC; advising for settlement of Kashmir dispute amicably after seventy-two-years. Why not did so when Hindutva (hands-up) before freedom fighters and begged for plebiscite (??). Instead of fulfilling her commitment of ‘arranging plebiscite’ UN is sleeping deeply except China!
Terrorist-Modi & Co.; is under attack (even) by sane-Hindu-politicians those are indicating towards (WW III) if Modi continues his threats to neighbors. On start of Modi’s satanic “CAB (law)” minorities even; low-caste Hindus are protesting. Certainly; internal chaos has badly exposed India around the world. To divert anti-Modi agitations of minorities India is threatening Pakistan and neighbors even. O’ time has come that willy-nilly neighbors should respond – enough is enough. But; Modi & Co. should visit, if not before (Hiroshima & Nagasaki) for understanding loss beings because both are atomic powers; not only minorities but also – fine-class Hindus would not become dump of ash? And; hardly anyone survive for throwing ash into Ganges River. So ‘Modi G’; live in peace and leave belligerent rhetoric about dusting Pakistan!!

Women in the Labour Force

Through the columns of your esteemed news paper, I would like to draw the kind attention of the concerned authorities towards “Women in the Labour Force”. As indicated by the IMF staff report, ladies in many nations don’t have same open doors as men need to take an interest in monetary exercises. Although the gender gap in labour force participation has declined substantially over the past 30 years, normal female work power cooperation stays well underneath the male rate.
Pakistan seems to follow an upward trajectory as Islamabad has witnessed 2pc rise in female labour force participating in recent years. On the contrary, India is moving backward as Delhi records an average decrease of one per cent.
Ladies’ monetary strengthening is critical to development both through the immediate effect of the size of the work power on yield and efficiency and through higher household request. More noteworthy interest of ladies in the work force additionally brings more prominent decent variety that can encourage new thoughts for creation and the executives, boosting total efficiency.

Conquering stage fright

Some people call it “stage fright,” while others call it “performance anxiety.” Whatever you call it, it is very real. People will say, “It’s all in your head.” Those who say that have never felt the shaky knees, the knots in the stomach, the urge to vomit, or the trembling hands. This type of fear exacts a huge toll on self-confidence and self-esteem and causes some people to leave school or a job or pass up a promotion. They suffer in silent terror because they feel embarrassed, so they try to keep their fear secret even from their spouses or other close family members or friends. People with stage fright must address and revise any negative perceptions, beliefs, thoughts, images and predictions related to public speaking or performing. And it’s often helpful to uncover the deeper fears related to being seen and heard by others, showing vulnerability and being considered less than perfect.
Learning to accept yourself and not feeling that you have to prove yourself to others is at the root of healing. Shift the focus from yourself and your fear to your true purpose contributing something of value to your audience. Stop scaring yourself with thoughts about what might go wrong. Instead, focus your attention on thoughts and images that are calming and reassuring. Give up trying to be perfect and know that it is OK to make mistakes. Be natural, be yourself.

Why saving is a good habit?

This is in regard to the article “why saving is a good habit?” the writer rightly said, for a kid skipping lunch breaks the whole week to save money to order a large pizza on weekend is saving and for parents, it could be saving the whole month to spend their money on education, health and entertainment etc for the family.
No doubt! Saving is the worthy and wise act but saving for general wishes is hateful such as saving for dream car, phone, bag and unique stationeries etc. Birthday ceremony, wedding and other parties are sudden happenings. More money required at that short time, but this situation can turn into relief if we have our savings.

Overspending

Overspending is spending more money than one can afford. Overspending is a common problem. There are many reasons of overspending. Most of the people overspend to impress their associates. We overspend on special occasions like birthdays, wedding, parties and other functions for show off. Many peoples overspend because they have no concept of how much money passes through wallet on daily basis. It is not acceptable in Islam to overspend as Allah forbade Muslims to do so.
The religion of Islam is the religion of life which has set pattern for human life and has advice balance and moderation to its followers in all affairs. There are many peoples who do not even fulfil the basic need of their life. It is important to plan and know exactly what you want. The most common reason to overspending is because you really don’t know what you need. Once you realize that you have spent money on things you don’t need at all you are left looking for extra money. The power is in your hand. You must aware of your true spending habits. You must change your behaviour about spending.
