Federal Minister for Law Senator Azam Nazir Tarrar on Wednesday claimed that the issues related to Reko Diq with Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-M) have been resolved.

Speaking in the Parliament House, Tarar said that Mengal s position is to limit this bill only to Reko Diq, adding that he is bringing the amendment that we will support him.

The federal law minister added that he is in touch with Sardar Akhtar Mengal and other coalition partners on the issue of Foreign Investment and Protection Bill.

On Tuesday, Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) chairman and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman and Balochistan National Party (BNP) chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal expressed reservations for not taking them in confidence over legislation regarding Reko Diq.—NNI
