LAHORE: Deputy Inspector General of Police (Operations Wing) Rai Babar Saeed, in continuation of his visits to police stations, arrived at Mughalpura Police Station. SHO Mughalpura Inspector Tahir Mehmood and other officers were also present.
Police officers briefed the DIG regarding the working of their respective police station including human resource and logistics. Rai Babar Saeed inspected lockup, barak, front desk, record room and other related sections of the police station. The DIG said that police stations were the face of the department and it should be our top priority to provide justice to the citizens.
He said that every complainant visiting police stations was a VVIP and it was mandatory for us to give him due respect and honor.
He checked the attendance of the staff and along with cleanliness condition of the police station.
He directed the officers and officials to behave politely with the citizens and complainants, dealing with them in professional manner.
