Provincial Minister for Parliamentary Affairs and senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Raja Basharat has made it clear that PTI activists were holding a peaceful protest demonstration. He said that our protest is completely peaceful and it is not causing any harm to anyone.
“Not only PTI workers are protesting but the general public is also participating in it.
Therefore, the propaganda to cause trouble to the people should be stopped”, he said. PTI workers continued their protest in different areas. The protesters burnt tires and stopped the Islamabad bound transport from Peshawar.
They chanted slogans against the federal government, particularly Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah. Addressing the workers, Raja Basharat said that we all have come to the streets on the orders of our leader Imran Khan. “Our protest will continue until the demands are accepted by the government”, he pledged.
