Former “Chief Minister” of Indian Illegally occu-pied Jammu & Kashmir and National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah on Tuesday said that they (Kashmiris) will rise above oppression and will get back what has been snatched, says a report reaching here Tuesday night from across the line of control (LoC).
Addressing his party workers at Jammu, Abdul-lah said that NC wants to bring back the Jammu Kashmir State through restoration of Pre August 05, 2019 Special Status in view of it’s being the disputed territory, the report said.
Definitely “we will win this struggle” he vowed. Abdullah said that like Hazrat Moosa (AS) saved Bani Israel from Phiraon, “likewise Hazrat Moosa (AS) will also come and will save us.” Abdullah said that still the Jammu Kashmir people (IIOJK) are being deprived of their rights, the report said.
Abdullah said that the Indian PM Modi had promised to remove “Dil ki doori and Delhi ki doori,” but nothing substantial has been done o. ground.
“I want to ask him that what has he done till to-day to remove this alienation. Instead of removing the alienation, more policies and measures are forced upon the people in order to further widen the gap between New Delhi and the Jammu Kashmir State. What has PM Modi done to win the hearts of people,” he questioned, the report said.
Farooq Abdullah said that after the sacrifices of over 700 of Indian farmers and the apprehensions of defeat in the elections in 5 states of India, the gov-ernment of India has accepted to repeal the farm laws.
“New Delhi only works to win elections and not for the prosperity of the nation. I want to tell them that stop this politics of hatred otherwise India won’t survive.
