The Modi-led fascist Indian regime is employing one cruel tactic after another to suppress the Kashmiris’ genuine demand for freedom with the State Investigation Agency being the latest tool in the hands of Indian civil and military establishment in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
An analytical report released by Kashmir Media Service said that the State Investigation Agency will act as the nodal agency for India’s notorious National Investigation Agency (NIA) and other agencies to ‘catch and kill’ Kashmiri people, particularly youth after branding them militants.
The report said, the BJP led Indian regime has already broken all records of committing brutalities on the Kashmiris through NIA, which has subjected even many top Hurriyat leaders to rotten in jails in concocted cases.
No day passes when the State Investigation Agency’s parent agency NIA, backed by Indian army, paramilitary forces and police, does not raid multiple places in the occupied territory.
“Sanction is hereby accorded to the constitution of a specialised agency to be called the State Investigation Agency (SIA) for investigation and prosecution of the offences,” said the order issued by the local administration overseen by the Modi regime.
With the release of order for creation of the State Investigation Agency, concrete bunkers have mushroomed across IIOJK to create sense of fear among the Kashmiris.
Citing Kashmiri people from various walks of life, the report warned the Modi regime that their cruel methods against the Kashmiris were bound to backfire as Kashmiris would not relent in their pursuit for freedom, even if New Delhi comes up with dozen such more probe agencies in the territory.—INP
