The Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Movement, the Jammu and Kashmir Pir Panjal Freedom Movement and the Jammu and Kashmir People’s Association have condemned the ongoing Indian state terrorism in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The JKPM Vice Chairman, Abdul Majeed Malik, JKPPFM Vice Chairman, Qazi Imran and the JKPA Convener, Khalid Shabbir in a joint statement issued in Islamabad deplored that the Indian troops were killing innocent people, particularly youth, on daily basis in the territory.
They said, there are thousands of innocent prisoners in the jails of India and the territory who have not been convicted of any crime but are still lodged in the jails and appeal to the United Nations to play a role in their release.
They also urged the UN and international justice agencies to take note of the Indian terrorism by sending a commission to the occupied territory to look into the situation.—INP
