The 24th death anniversary of the great singer of Pakistan Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan was observed on Monday. The renowned singer passed away on August 16, 1997.

In this regard, various events were organized in the film circles in which the artistic services of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan were paid homage.

Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan was born on October 13, 1948 in Faisalabad. His father Ustad Fateh Ali Khan and uncle Ustad Mubarak Ali Khan were famous qawals of their time.
