Local labourers at a sand-filling site found 14-pound India-made anti-tank mine in Narowal on Tuesday.

The Narowal police rushed to the site and cordoned off the area and informed the Narowal anti-bomb squad.

The labourers at the sand-filling site found Indian-made anti-tank mine and later informed the police authorities.

In July-2019 an India-made anti-tank mine was also recovered from Nullah Dek near Kartarpur corridor during digging out sand from Nullah Dek found the 14-pound anti-tank mine. Nullah Dek in Tehsil Zafarwal, in Narowal district, which is somewhere 125-km from Lahore.—INP
