Senior leader of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir, Ghulam Muhammad Safi met front row leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Azad Jammu and Kashmir member-elect for AJK Legislative Assembly, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas.
The meeting took place at the residence of Sardar Tanveer Ilyas in Islamabad. During the meet-ing, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas assured Kashmiri leader, Ghulam Muhammad Safi that they were not alone in their struggle for right to self-determination and the PTI was also with them.
He said, “This war is for our survival and will leave no stone unturned for it.” He said the implementation of the United Nations resolutions is the only solution to the Kashmir dispute
Sardar Tanveer Ilyas expressed solidarity with the oppressed people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and the leaders of the Indian oppression.
The PTI leader added that his party was not only aware of the problems of Kashmiri refu-gees but also knows their solution.
He also paid rich tributes to the former Chair-man of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir Shaheed Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai and other mar-tyrs. He said that people like Ashraf Sehrai saab are born in centuries.
Earlier, Tehreek-e-Hurriyat leader, Ghulam Muhammad Safi told informed Sardar Tanveer Ilyas about the latest situation of IIOJK and said that peace and prosperity in the subcontinent is passing through Kashmir.—KMS
