A court on Saturday sentenced to death beside imposed fine over a man for killing his cousin over a land dispute in Dhoke Jabbi in the limits of Attock Saddar Police station on February 3, 2020.
The local court of District and session Judge (DSJ) Syed Naveed Raza Boukhari concluding the trial against the accused Abdul Rauf, observed that the prosecution had proved the murder charges of killing Asad Iqbal against the accused.
The court sentenced the convict to death and imposed fine worth Rs 0.5 million to pay to the legal heirs of the deceased.
