The pharmaceutical companies of the country have increased prices of diabetes, blood pressure and ulcer and many other life saving drugs.
People of the country are in immense difficulty as the medicines prices have been increased in a continuous rising inflation in the country which will add miseries of the people further.
On the other hand medical stores owners have also expressed fear of closing of their medicine business in the wake of rising drug prices.
On rise of the medicines prices, the Drug Regularity Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) has said that the pharmaceutical companies according to law can increase prices by seven percent yearly.—INP
